The Sales Lead – Invoice & Reverse Factoring is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring and managing enterprise clients for the company’s financing solutions.

The Sales Lead is accountable for meeting revenue and transaction targets, increasing platform adoption, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver an excellent customer

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the role manages the full sales cycle, from prospecting and closing deals to growing client relationships.

Performance monitoring: Monitor revenue performance, pipeline health, financing transaction volumes, and sales conversion metrics to achieve business targets.

Pipeline management: Maintain an accurate and healthy sales pipeline by managing CRM records, tracking opportunities, and monitoring conversion rates.

Sales reporting: Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, forecasts, and commercial performance updates.
