Job Summary

We are seeking a result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive customer acquisition, grow the company's loan portfolio, and achieve set sales and revenue targets.
The successful candidate will develop sales strategies, supervise and motivate the sales team, build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide regular performance reports to management.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that sales activities are conducted in line with the company's policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues appropraiately.
- Work closely with Operations, Credit, Recovery, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, partnerships, and channels for customer acquisiton.
- Drive the acquisition of new customers and maintain strong relationships with exisitng customers.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
- Track sales activities, conversion rates, customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and other key performance indicators.
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance against set objectives.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales and performance reports to management.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Lead, supervise, motivate, and manage the sales team to deliver agreed targets.
- Requirement & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of customer acquisition and relationship management.
- Proficiency in Mircrosoft Office and relevant sales/CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of the financial service market will be an added advantage.
