Job Summary
The role requires strong industry knowledge, business development skills, and the ability to align sales strategies with the company’s broader environmental and energy services.
To lead and drive the sales and marketing of petroleum products (including diesel, petrol, lubricants, and related energy solutions), ensuring revenue growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to Nigerian petroleum marketing regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and expand market share across industrial, commercial, and marine sectors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations, logistics, and environmental consultancy teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor sales executives, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets in petroleum product marketing and supply.
- Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Salary: N500,000 - N600,000 per month (Net Salary) (However, the salary can be negotiated upward depending on the candidate’s experience).
