We are seeking an experienced Sales Marketer/Sales Manager to conduct marketing and sales activities across Lagos, generate new business, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales of building materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales and marketing activities within Lagos.
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Promote and sell building materials to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, dealers, and other industry stakeholders.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Conduct market visits and identify new market opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports.
Requirements
Proven experience in building materials sales.
Good knowledge of the Lagos building materials market.
Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
