We Need a Sales Hunter — Not a Report Writer!
This is a hands-on, field-driven role. You will be expected to find customers, identify projects that will need the products, build relationships, generate qualified leads and close business.
Our client is looking for an energetic, commercially minded Sales & Marketing Associate who can take the business into the market, open doors and turn opportunities into actual revenue.
Your Mission
Generate, negotiate and convert leads into sales
Conduct regular market visits and track competitors, pricing and market opportunities
Consistently achieve agreed sales targets.
Drive sales and revenue growth across especially in Port Harcourt and Asaba
Win new customers and develop new business opportunities
Build relationships with contractors, developers, construction companies, civil engineering firms and project stakeholders
Develop repeat business and customer retention
Build a strong professional network within the construction industry
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the Port Harcourt business/construction market is an added advantage
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant sales/marketing
Experience
Salary: N180,000 / month.
HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Management or related field
selling construction, building, engineering, industrial products or related products
Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales
Strong follow-up discipline and commercial drive
Confidence working in the field and meeting customers.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
This is not for a desk-bound salesperson
The client needs someone who will actively generate sales—not merely prepare call/sales reports.

Remuneration
