We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Kubwa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time | Onsite
Working Hours: Monday - Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth, expand our market presence in Kubwa and environs, and build long-term customer relationships.
Key Accountabilities
- Monitor market trends, gather competitor intelligence, and provide actionable feedback
- Support brand visibility through field marketing, direct marketing, and digital platforms
- Ensure proper product presentation and excellent in-store customer engagement
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed set targets
- Drive sales of our product portfolio (lifestyle essentials, accessories, and jewelry) across retail, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Identify and onboard new customers and sales channels within Kubwa and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements
Must reside within Kubwa or its environ.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales and Marketing
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision
Prior experience in fashion, beauty, jewelry, or lifestyle retail is a strong advantage
Bachelor's degree / HND is an added advantage
Salary: N60,000 - N100,000 per month.
