YSG Chicken Co. Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced, proactive, and results-driven
Sales & Marketing Supervisor
to oversee sales activities, coordinate marketing initiatives, supervise sales teams, acquire new customers, and drive revenue growth across our retail and wholesale distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate sales and marketing activities across assigned retail outlets.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
- Identify and acquire new wholesale and institutional customers, including hotels, restaurants, schools, supermarkets, and distributors.
- Supervise, motivate, and monitor the performance of sales personnel and field marketers.
- Execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Monitor retail outlet sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors' activities.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies, pricing, and payment procedures.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and marketing performance reports.
- Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in FMCG, poultry, frozen foods, or food distribution.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new customers.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of field marketing, retail sales, and wholesale distribution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and basic sales reporting.
- Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be proactive, target-driven, honest, and highly accountable.
- Willingness to travel for field marketing, customer visits, and outlet supervision.
