We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Location: Nnewi, Anambra
Job Summary
The successful candidate will actively develop new customer relationships, generate quality loan leads, follow up on applications, and work closely with verification and credit teams to facilitate successful disbursements.
The role involves engaging prospective borrowers in assigned markets, introducing available loan products, explaining the application process, and supporting customers through the loan application journey.
This is a field-based, target-driven role requiring strong communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills, with a focus on achieving daily and monthly loan sales targets.
The Loan Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying and acquiring eligible customers, particularly small and medium-sized business owners, who require financing.
