Lead the physical sales team and coordinate daily operations so customer orders progress efficiently from confirmation to successful delivery.
What you’ll do
Resolve escalated customer concerns and operational delays.
Coordinate with logistics and inventory personnel on stock availability and delivery issues.
Maintain attendance, accountability, and orderly office operations.
Review discrepancies with responsible staff and escalate unresolved issues.
Allocate orders, set daily priorities, and monitor follow-up activity.
