Job descriptions & requirements
Key Accountabilities
- Identify and pursue new customers and business opportunities.
- Promote AJC Nigeria Limited's nylon printing and packaging services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct customer visits and business development activities.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer requests.
- Negotiate with customers and support the conversion of leads into sales.
- Achieve agreed monthly and periodic sales targets.
- Monitor customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare regular sales and market development reports for management.
- Work closely with the production and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are properly communicated and delivered.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related role is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of the Port Harcourt business environment is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp, email, and other digital communication tools.
- Must be honest, presentable, disciplined, and professional.
