We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales Representative
Locations:
Mainland (Surulere, Yaba, Isolo, Amuwo Odofin axis) - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective merchandising across customer outlets.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up on customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Expand customer base and increase sales within the assigned territory.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and provide timely market intelligence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
Requirements
- Target-driven, with a proven ability to achieve sales objectives.
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development within the FMCG industry.
- Candidates residing around Surulere, Isolo, Yaba, Amuwo-Odofin, and surrounding areas are preferred.
- Must be familiar with the preferred territory.
- Good understanding of key account management and retail sales.
