We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Operations Manager
Work Schedule: 5 days per week, including night shifts and weekends
Job Summary
To drive sales by assisting customers, promoting products, and providing excellent customer service both in-store and through assigned sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and assist them in choosing suitable products.
- Keep basic sales and customer records.
- Meet assigned sales targets.
- Follow up with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Carry out other sales-related duties assigned by the Operations Manager.
- Promote and sell company products to new and existing customers.
- Assist with product displays and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Must be available to work night shifts and weekends.
- Previous sales or customer service
Experience
