Job Title: Sales Support Executive
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Support Executive with a strong Accounting / Finance background to manage the administrative and financial aspects of the sales order-to-payment cycle at our Head office
This is NOT a Business Development or Sales role. We are specifically seeking candidates whose experience aligns strongly with an Accounts/Finance function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage invoicing, proforma invoices, credit/debit notes and related documentation.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on customer payments.
- Support the complete cycle from Sales Order → Invoice → Payment → Reconciliation → Record Keeping.
- Maintain accurate sales and financial records.
- Process client POs and raise accurate Sales Orders.
- Maintain receivables and ageing records.
- Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and supporting schedules.
- Undertake occasional client/field visits when required.
- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Production, Logistics and other departments to ensure smooth order execution.
Requirements
Degree/HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong follow-up and communication skills.
Relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, invoicing, collections, reconciliation, or sales administration.
Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Good knowledge of Excel and accounting processes.
Work Arrangement:
Approximately 90% office-based and 10% field-based.
Salary: N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
