As a SAP Controller, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP systems, supporting business operations across Nigeria. This position requires technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strong collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret data to generate insightful management reports for informed decision-making.
- Drive and manage medium-to-large scale SAP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Ensure the stability and optimal performance of SAP applications.
- Lead and manage the Level 1 application support team within a manufacturing environment, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
- Provide Level 2/3 SAP Application Support
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP issues.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business terms and vice versa.
- Coordinate and collaborate with business users, vendor teams, and internal IT teams to deliver robust application solutions and enhancements.
- Escalate issues to relevant teams when necessary.
- Champion continuous improvement in application support processes.

Qualifications
Proven
Experience
in managing Level 1 application support within a manufacturing environment.

Exposure to Tableau or other Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools is a plus.
