We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Supervisor/Patrol Officer to join our team in the Security and Investigations industry.
Key Accountabilities
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of premises.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency personnel when necessary to handle security situations.
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and access points to ensure they are secure and report any issues promptly.
- Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or disturbance.
- Maintain accurate and detailed incident reports, logs, and communications during shifts.
- Respond quickly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, providing assistance as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering questions, and directing them appropriately.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively report incidents.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Must pass background checks and drug screenings as per company policy.
