Role Summary
Provide senior creative leadership across major brands and campaigns, shaping creative vision, elevating visual standards and developing high-impact ideas that deliver both creative and commercial value.
Key Deliverables &
Responsibilities
- Lead client presentations, pitches and new business creative development.
- Identify and apply emerging technologies, cultural trends and AI-enabled approaches to strengthen the agency's creative offering.
- Partner with Strategy, Content, Account and Production leadership to ensure creative work is strategically relevant and commercially sound.
- Lead the creative and visual direction of major integrated campaigns from strategy and concept through execution.
- Set and maintain high creative standards across assigned brands, campaigns and teams.
- Coach and develop emerging creative leaders while building a culture of innovation, collaboration and creative excellence.
- Develop distinctive creative territories and big ideas that translate effectively across multiple channels.
- Lead and challenge Art Directors, designers and production teams to deliver exceptional creative work.
Requirements
- & Competencies
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma, After Effects and AI creative tools are an advantage.
- Strong portfolio and 3–5 years' relevant

required.
Creative, detail-oriented and commercially aware, with the ability to translate briefs into compelling visual solutions and influence creative decisions.
Strong art direction, conceptualization, visual storytelling and integrated campaign development skills.
