- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial and business development strategy to achieve aggressive quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and capture emerging market opportunities across corporate delivery, FMCG last-mile fulfillment, healthcare/pharmaceutical distribution, and eCommerce logistics.
- Build, maintain, and accurately forecast a robust B2B enterprise sales pipeline.
- 2. Enterprise Client Acquisition & B2B Sales
- Target, pitch, and negotiate enterprise-grade retainer contracts with mid-market and blue-chip corporate accounts (FMCG, manufacturing, financial services, logistics aggregators, and eCommerce giants).
- Structure competitive, profitable commercial proposals, tenders, and service level agreements (SLAs) tailored to corporate dispatch and distribution needs.
- Lead end-to-end contract negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding handover to the Operations team.
- 3. Strategic Partnerships & Channel Expansion
- Identify and close synergistic partnerships with freight forwarders, e-commerce platforms, retail chains, and regional hub operators to expand Citywide’s network footprint.
- Collaborate with domestic and international express partners to establish bilateral delivery and route-sharing agreements.
- 4. Key Account Management & Retention
- Partner with Operations and Customer
