Job Summary
We are seeking experienced independent consultants for potential project-based engagements supporting complex consulting delivery and operating model design across Nigeria and selected African markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex consulting engagements, coordinating workstreams, timelines, dependencies, quality assurance and client handover.
- Integrate specialist contributions while maintaining clear accountability, professional standards and scope boundaries.
- Independently lead operating model diagnostics and design workstreams, translating business strategy into capabilities, operating arrangements and effective interfaces.
- Facilitate executive discussions and present evidence-based findings, recommendations and design trade-offs.
Requirements
- Ability to defend recommendations, respond to professional challenge and collaborate with other specialists.
- Proven ownership of operating model diagnostics or defined operating model design workstreams.
- Demonstrable experience independently leading complex consulting engagements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Sound professional judgment, confidentiality and quality assurance practices.
