Core
Responsibilities
- Research official issues and synthesize credible evidence into concise, decision-useful material.
- Assess opportunities for mandate fit, audience, political/reputational risk, time cost, preparation burden, strategic value and conflicts; recommend accept/decline/delegate/defer.
- Control the National Coordinator’s operating calendar under agreed priority rules, preparation standards, buffers and overload-escalation protocol.
- Maintain trusted working relationships with key offices and stakeholders for scheduling, preparation and authorised follow-up.
- Use approved technology, AI and productivity systems securely; never place restricted information into unapproved tools.
- Coordinate meeting preparation, agendas, research, papers, talking points, attendee intelligence, note-taking, decisions and follow-through.
- Provide ADHD-supportive structure through visible next actions, timely prompts, priority limits, advance preparation and non-judgemental recovery after disruption.
- Produce daily and weekly executive briefs covering decisions, deadlines, correspondence, meetings, commitments, risks and waiting-fors.
- Draft and coordinate world-class speeches, remarks, correspondence, talking points and briefing notes in the National Coordinator’s voice; maintain fact-check, clearance and version discipline.
- Build a forward-looking official opportunities pipeline covering speaking, conferences, media, awards, fellowships, advisory networks and strategic convenings relevant to RenewHER and authorised public-service development.
- Accompany the National Coordinator where required; support logistics and records without assuming representative authority.
- Essential Candidate Criteria
- Evidence of learning and reproducing a principal’s voice without impersonation or unauthorised commitment.
- Outstanding English writing and editing, including speeches, remarks, executive correspondence and one-page briefs.
- Secure technology/AI fluency and mature support for an executive with ADHD.
- 8–15+ years of high-level executive support, principal office, diplomacy, communications, special-assistant or comparable experience; at least three years supporting a minister, senior government official, diplomat, CEO, public figure or global executive.
- Exceptional calendar judgement, anticipation, research, stakeholder coordination, discretion and follow-through.
- Desirable:
