Minimum of 7 years’ progressive financial management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Experience in manufacturing, agro-processing, industrial operations, infrastructure, FMCG, or large-scale commercial operations is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian financial regulations, taxation, and corporate governance practices is required.
Experience in project finance, investment management, fundraising, or development finance is an added advantage.

Job Summary
The Senior Finance Officer shall support the effective management of the Company’s financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, financial analysis, regulatory compliance, and maintenance of strong financial systems to support the Company’s industrial and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the Company’s financial plans and objectives in line with its business goals.
- Provide financial information and analysis to support management decision-making and business performance monitoring.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, management accounts, and financial reports.
- Maintain effective internal controls and ensure compliance with established financial policies and procedures.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, regulatory agencies, and other relevant financial institutions as required.
- Conduct financial analysis and support the evaluation of projects, investments, and business initiatives.
- Support tax planning, statutory compliance, and preparation of relevant regulatory reports.
- Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost control and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and provide necessary financial records and information for audits, due diligence, and external financial reviews.
- Support the identification and management of financial risks within the Company’s operations.
- Monitor procurement-related expenditure, capital expenditure, and project financial activities.
- Provide financial support for business development, funding initiatives, and strategic projects as required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies.
- Support the Finance and Accounts team in the effective and timely delivery of financial functions.
- Assist in improving financial systems, reporting processes, and data management.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis for management and other authorised stakeholders
