Role Summary
The Senior Finance Officer will take ownership of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, revenue and collections reconciliation, statutory compliance, financial controls and business performance analysis.

- Finance Leadership and Business Support:
- Lead and coordinate the Finance function.

- Work with the Collections, Operations and Portfolio teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies.

- Escalate significant collection shortfalls, overdue balances and portfolio risks to management.
- Provide financial analysis to support improvements in collections and recovery performance.
- Ensure that revenue recorded is complete, accurate and supported by appropriate documentation.
- Treasury, Cash Flow and Working Capital:
- Take ownership of cash flow planning and liquidity management.
- Prepare and regularly update short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts.
- Monitor daily bank balances, expected inflows and upcoming financial obligations.
- Recommend payment priorities based on available cash, contractual obligations and business needs.
- Ensure approved payments are accurately processed and appropriately documented.
- Perform timely bank reconciliations and resolve all reconciling items.
- Maintain relationships with banks, payment providers and other financial institutions.
- Identify potential cash flow gaps and recommend appropriate mitigating actions.
