Job Summary
We are currently looking to engage a highly competent andresult-oriented Senior Learning Designer, Product-Focused with strong personal & professional integrity to join our dynamic team in the Nile Digital
Department.
Responsibilities
- Design curricula, modules, courses, assessments and learning activities.
- Translate learning needs into product
Requirements
- and learning journeys.
- Lead content review and quality assurance.
- Create storyboards, prototypes and learning specifications.
- Collaborate with SMEs, media producers, product teams and technology teams.
- Conduct usability and learning
Experience

Lead end-to-end instructional and learning
design.
Develop learner personas, journey maps and learning pathways.
Analyse learner data to improve learning products.
Manage multiple learning product development projects.
Establish reusable learning design frameworks and standards.
Continuously improve existing products based on learner feedback and performance data.
Apply instructional design models and adult learning principles.
Educational and Professional Qualification(s) required for this position
Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise or equivalent.
5 – 7 years'
in instructional / learning design.
Strong
designing digital learning products.
Knowledge of UX/LX principles and learning analytics.
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Psychology, Business or related discipline.
