The successful candidate will lead and supervise our recruitment team while remaining hands-on with sourcing, headhunting, candidate screening, interviews, and successful placements.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter & Team Lead to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide recruitment updates.
- Handle senior, specialist, and difficult-to-fill roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple clients and positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networks, and direct headhunting.
- Lead and supervise the recruitment team and monitor recruiter performance.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database and talent pipeline.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Set and monitor recruitment targets and KPIs.
- Allocate recruitment assignments and track team progress.
- Support other HR and consulting activities when required.
- Identify and engage passive candidates and hard-to-find talent.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Previous experience leading or supervising recruiters.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing and other recruitment platforms.
- Proven experience in headhunting, direct sourcing, and passive candidate recruitment.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
