Job Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned channels.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage in line with company strategy.
Drive product visibility and placement in retail outlets and modern trade environments.
Manage and grow relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key strategic accounts.
Conduct regular business reviews with partners and recommend strategies to maximize growth.
Negotiate trade terms, pricing, and promotional activities to increase sell-in and sell-out performance.
Ensure excellent in-store execution, including product availability, pricing, planogram compliance, and promotional placement.
Work closely with marketing teams to implement trade marketing initiatives and product launches.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing timely insights to management.
Develop accurate sales forecasts and business plans for assigned territories/accounts.
Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
Recommend strategic adjustments based on market performance and opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5–8 years of sales experience in FMCG, consumer electronics, or related fast-moving categories.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience working with distributors, modern trade, and general trade channels.
Strong understanding of retail dynamics and trade execution standards.
Skills & Competencies
