Job Summary
We are currently looking to engage a highly competent and result-orientedSenior Specialist, Learning Media Producer (Instructional Media Specialist) with strong personal & professional integrity to join our dynamic team in the Nile Digital Education.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a structured digital media library and ensure appropriate version control.
- Manage post-production activities including video editing, audio enhancement,
- Produce instructional videos, animations, screen recordings, podcasts and other multimedia learning assets.
- Collaborate with Learning Designers, subject matter experts and faculty to develop learning media.
- Develop templates and production standards to improve consistency and scalability.
- Ensure all media assets comply with institutional branding and copyright requirements.
- Develop storyboards, scripts, shot lists and production plans for learning content.
- captioning and graphics integration.
- Coordinate external media vendors where required.
- Record and edit lectures, demonstrations, interviews and instructional materials.
- Translate learning objectives and instructional designs into engaging visual and audio experiences.
- Monitor learner engagement with multimedia content and recommend improvements.
- Apply instructional design principles, accessibility standards and adult learning principles to media production.
- Educational and Professional Qualification(s) required for this position
Experience
with LMS platforms and digital learning environments.
5–7 years'
in instructional media, multimedia production, e-learning or digital content production.
Bachelor's Degree in Film Production, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, Instructional Technology or related discipline.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent tools.
developing educational or corporate learning content is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of video, audio, animation and interactive media production.
