Job Title: Senior Wealth Advisor
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Accountabilities
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients and consistently follow up on opportunities through to conversion.
- Develop and grow relationships with prospective and existing clients in the Abuja market.
- Develop strong relationships with HNIs, corporate clients, professionals, institutions and other target client segments.
- Monitor client portfolios and maintain regular engagement to encourage retention and additional investment.
- Promote and sell relevant investment solutions, including Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, Equity Funds, Dollar Funds and other approved investment products.
- Provide clients with appropriate information and guidance on available investment solutions, in line with approved processes and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and convert opportunities for the firm's investment and wealth management products.
Requirements
Existing relationships or networks within the Abuja/Northern Nigeria market, particularly among HNIs, corporate clients and professionals, will be an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
Demonstrable experience in sales, business development or relationship management, preferably within financial services.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
5 - 7 years' relevant experience in wealth management, asset management, investment management, financial advisory, banking, securities or financial services.
Strong understanding of investment products and the Nigerian financial services market.
Salary: N1,200,000 – N1,700,000 gross monthly + 13th-month pay.
