The Service Delivery Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership for all import and export activities.

Are you the logistics leader who can coordinate shipping lines, customs, terminals + teams — and still hit every KPI?
The role ensures efficient execution, regulatory compliance, and superior client service across the entire shipment lifecycle.
Key Accountabilities
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication, timely updates, and effective resolution of escalations
- Lead and develop the Import Documentation, Export Documentation, and Service Delivery teams. Set targets, conduct reviews, and drive performance
- Oversee end-to-end import and export operations including documentation, vessel tracking, barge coordination, and timely delivery
- Coordinate with shipping lines, terminals, customs, regulatory agencies, transport providers, and clients to ensure seamless operations
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of documentation in line with Customs, SON, NAFDAC, shipping lines, and internal SOPs
- Monitor KPIs, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements, automation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present operational reports and insights to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping operations
- Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and Nigerian regulatory requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Maritime, Business Administration, or related fields
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with a focus on KPIs.
