Job Summary
We are urgently recruiting a civil engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality civil and structural engineering work across planning, site supervision, and construction management.
Key Accountabilities
- Strategic Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
- Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to align project goals.
- Plan and oversee civil engineering projects, including roads, drainage, bridges, and infrastructure.
- Operational Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare reports and technical documentation.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits on project sites.
- Identify and resolve technical issues on site.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Project Management Team.
- Ensure proper selection and testing of construction materials.
- Assist in procurement planning for civil works and material sourcing.
- Recommend innovative and sustainable construction techniques.
- Oversee earthworks, drainage systems, and roadworks as part of site development.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and contractor performance.
Requirements
