We are hiring a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day activities, inventory, and stock management for a client in the real estate industry.
This role provides an opportunity to gain practical site and construction experience, with room for the successful candidate to transition into a Site Engineer role as they develop the required technical and site-management skills.
This opportunity is open to fresh graduates and candidates who have recently completed NYSC, especially those interested in building a career in construction and site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, record, store, and issue materials as required.
- Support proper documentation and daily site reporting.
- Monitor and manage inventory and stock available onsite.
- Monitor general site activities and report issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Coordinate with site personnel to ensure materials are available when needed.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
- Ensure materials are properly stored and accounted for.
- Assist with other site-related responsibilities as assigned.
- Monitor the movement and usage of materials onsite.
- Ensure the site is organized and materials are properly managed.
Requirements
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- HND / B.Sc./ B.Eng. in Engineering, Construction, Building, or a related field is an advantage.
- Fresh graduate or recently completed NYSC.
- Ability to work onsite and manage physical inventory.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage.
