Inguest Global Partners Limited - Our client, a reputable Commercial Bank, is recruiting to fill the position below:
Location: Ijebu-Ode, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Functions
Follow up on a daily basis with promise to pay (PTP) through frequent visitation, phone calls, and emails.
Persuade and negotiate repayment plans and settlement offers with customers to make the payments and resolve their delinquent accounts.
Document all collection efforts and customer interactions accurately in the collection report.
Engage customers who are past due on their loan payments physically and through other electronic means.
Experience, Qualification and Required Skills:
HND / B.Sc Degree from a reputable institution in any social science or management science course.
Good interpersonal skills.
Professional, able to maintain confidentiality and ethical behavior.
Candidate must be very smart and tech-savvy.
