Job Summary
Marsand Bespoke Joinery is seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media & Content Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing engaging digital content that showcases our bespoke joinery, completed projects, craftsmanship, showroom, products, and overall brand.
Responsibilities
- Capture content from the showroom, production floor, project sites, installations, and completed projects.
- Plan weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Develop reels, short-form videos, stories, graphics, captions, and other digital content.
- Manage Marsand’s social media platforms and maintain a consistent content schedule.
- Develop creative content ideas and stay updated with relevant social media trends.
- Monitor comments, messages, and enquiries and ensure relevant leads are properly recorded and handed over.
- Ensure all content reflects Marsand’s premium brand image and quality of work.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, enquiries, and other relevant metrics.
- Work with the Sales, Customer Service, Design, Production, and Management teams to develop relevant content.
- Provide regular updates and reports on social media activities and performance.
- Create high-quality photo and video content for social media.
Requirements
- Good understanding of social media trends.
- A portfolio of previous social media/content work is an advantage.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to edit videos and images using relevant tools.
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms.
- Proven
Experience
in social media management and content creation.
Creative eye for visual presentation and attention to detail.
