Aspom Travel Agency was founded on the 2nd of February, 2012 and has remained at the top of its game providing visa assistants, hotels, holiday packages, tours and flight deals to her clients.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Social Media Inbound Officer
Location: Agungi, Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Convert social media enquiries into potential clients and follow up appropriately.
- Assist with social media advertising and paid campaigns when required.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with the Ticketing, Visa, Holiday, and Operations teams to obtain accurate information for content creation.
- Perform other digital marketing and social media duties assigned by management.
- Maintain consistent brand voice, image, and professional standards across all platforms.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, enquiries, and leads across social media platforms.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports for management.
- Promote the company’s travel packages, flight deals, visa services, holiday packages, and other services.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, graphics, stories, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and influencers where necessary.
- Research current travel trends, audience interests, and relevant social media trends.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, leads, and conversions.
- Develop and implement a monthly social media content plan and calendar.
- Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to improve the company’s online presence.
- Ensure all published content is accurate, professional, and aligned with company policies.
Requirements
Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines.
1–3 years of social media or digital marketing experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their features.
Creative, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
Ability to identify trends and create timely, engaging content.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar applications.
B.Sc., HND, or OND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Good content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
Salary: N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
