Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Lekki phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Workdays and Hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm)
Key Accountabilities
- and adapt content accordingly
- Keep up with trending topics, hashtags, and platform updates,
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews
- Write compelling property listing captions that convert
- Track and report engagement metrics — reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and leads generated
- Create goals and objectives, and publish posts consistently
- across platforms
- Speak good English and construct well-formed sentences
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms
Requirements
Familiar with Meta Business Suite and best practices across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Proficient in Canva, CapCut, or similar design and video editing tools
