Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, growing our online community, increasing brand visibility, and supporting the company's marketing and communication objectives.
We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Officer to manage our digital presence across multiple social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Develop, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote company activities, products, and services.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative strategies to improve online presence.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity and communication guidelines.
- Manage the company's social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Create basic graphics, videos, and other digital content for marketing campaigns.
- Track, analyse, and report on social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar applications.
Applicants must reside within proximity to Isolo, Lagos.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
Knowledge of social media analytics and content performance reporting.
Minimum of 2 years' experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary: N120,000 per month.
