Key Accountabilities
- Social Media - Store:
- Manage and post daily on our store social media
- Create product photos, videos and sales content
- Create engaging Reels using current trends to drive sales
- Create educational, inspirational and styling content
- Design posts using Canva
- Respond to customer messages and enquiries
- Store Duties:
- Handle, package and prepare customer orders
- Arrange dispatch/posting of orders
- Update and maintain stock lists
- Keep products organised and properly presented
- Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases
Requirements
Minimum qualification of an SSCE
Minimum of 1 year of experience
Is very good with social media and understands current trends
Is creative and confident creating content with a phone
