Role Description
The Solutions Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Abuja.
This role is responsible for designing end-to-end technical solutions that leverage BCN Nigeria’s metro fiber, broadband, and unified communications offerings to meet client requirements.
Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, translating these into scalable solution architectures, and preparing technical proposals and design documentation.
The Solutions Architect works closely with engineering and software development teams to ensure proper integration, implementation, and performance of solutions.
Additional
gathering requirements, facilitating technical discussions, and advising customers on best-fit solutions.
Background in Software Development and Integration, with the ability to work with APIs, middleware, and enterprise systems.
Understanding of Business Process analysis and optimization to align technical solutions with operational and strategic goals.
Solid knowledge of telecommunications, metro fiber networks, broadband technologies, and unified communications platforms.
Ability to create clear technical documentation, solution diagrams, and proposals for technical and non-technical audiences.
working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and sales teams in a technology or telecom environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
