Job Title: Spa Therapist

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare treatment rooms, products, tools, and equipment before each appointment.
  • Maintain accurate client treatment records and confidentiality.
  • Work effectively with other members of the spa team.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene at all times.
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments.
  • Identify relevant contraindications, allergies, or client concerns and escalate appropriately.
  • Perform professional massage treatments, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, facials, Hamman, body scrub and other professional massage services.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation in treatment rooms and equipment.
  • Pedicure and manicure added advantage not mandatory.
  • Ensure clients are comfortable and well cared for before, during, and after treatments.
  • Handle client concerns professionally and report serious issues to management.

Requirements

  • Pleasant, friendly, and professional personality.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Spa Therapist is preferred.
  • Good practical knowledge of massage, facial, and body treatments.
  • Minimum of SSCE, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Beauty Therapy, Spa Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
