- Provide different types of massage treatments, ensuring clients are comfortable and relaxed throughout the session.
- Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools.
- Perform professional facials based on clients’ skin types and specific skincare needs.
- Perform laser hair-removal treatments and other approved laser/beauty treatments, following proper safety procedures and equipment guidelines.
- Promote a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for clients.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the spa’s standards at all times.
- Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments.
- Perform other beauty and spa-related treatments within your area of training and expertise.
- Keep accurate records of treatments and client preferences where required.
- Ensure clients are comfortable, properly attended to, and satisfied with the services provided.
- Keep up with current beauty, skincare, wellness, and spa treatment techniques.
- Provide skin tag removal treatments where trained and permitted to do so.
- Perform body scrubs and exfoliation treatments according to established procedures.
- Perform professional waxing services while maintaining proper hygiene and client comfort.
Requirements
- Willingness to learn new treatments and techniques.
- Knowledge of additional beauty and spa treatments will be an added advantage.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be neat, presentable, professional, and friendly.
- Must be skilled and confident in performing facials, waxing, massage, pedicure, body scrubs, skin tag removal, and laser hair-removal treatments.
- Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safe treatment practices.
