Job Summary
We are currently recruiting a Store Member to join our team and support the smooth day-to-day operations of a busy retail store.
Key Responsibilities
- Support stock counting and inventory activities.
- Ensure the store is clean, neat, and properly organized.
- Assist customers with product enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Arrange, replenish, and maintain products on shelves and displays.
- Maintain proper arrangement of products according to store standards.
- Assist with pricing, tagging, and merchandising of products.
- Assist with receiving, checking, and storing merchandise.
- Monitor product availability and report low-stock items to the supervisor.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Handle customers' concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support sales activities and help achieve store targets.
Requirements
- Customer-focused and service-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Honest, reliable, and responsible.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Minimum of SSCE/OND or equivalent.
