Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Stores Officer with a technical background to manage inventory, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure the timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment for daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests when necessary.
- Coordinate with procurement and technical teams to ensure materials are available when required.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and security of items.
- Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials, tools, spare parts, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock documentation.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems is an advantage.
Technical knowledge of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
2–3 years of relevant experience in stores or inventory management.
Good record-keeping, organizational, and communication skills.
