Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Store Officer with strong technical/engineering stores experience to manage spare parts, machine components, tools and maintenance materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain bin cards, stock records and inventory registers.
- Receive, inspect, store and issue technical materials and spare parts.
- Monitor stock levels, shortages, obsolete and damaged items.
- Record transactions and maintain accurate Tally/Excel records.
- Conduct stock counts and investigate variances.
- Reconcile physical stock with system/bin card records.
- Maintain proper documentation and HSE/warehouse standards.
- Work with Engineering, Maintenance, Procurement and Production teams.
Requirements
- Ability to identify and understand technical materials/specifications.
- MANDATORY: Hands-on experience handling spare parts, machine components, tools, electrical/mechanical parts or maintenance materials.
- Good knowledge of Tally, Excel, bin cards and stock reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
- OND / HND / B.Sc. in Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in a technical/engineering store.
- Non-negotiable:
- General warehouse, supermarket, FMCG or finished-goods store experience without technical/engineering inventory exposure will NOT be considered.
- Candidates MUST have previous technical/engineering stores experience.
