Job Summary
A reputable pharmaceutical company is seeking qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of store officer.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain a clean, oragnised and safe store environment.
- Prepare stock and inventory reports as require.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
- Issue stock and materials to authorized personnel.
- Monitor stock movement and reort discrepancies or shortages.
Requirements
Experience
in a pharmaceutical company, manufacturing firm, or FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, analytical,and record-keeping skills.
Proficiency in microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
HND / B.Sc. in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field with 1 - 3 years
in storekeeping, inventory managemen, or a similar role.
