Ellasot Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a reputable organization for a proactive, organized, and results-driven Supervisor to oversee daily operations, coordinate staff activities, and ensure efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, health and safety standards, and applicable regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Escalate significant operational issues, employee misconduct, and customer complaints to management.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper maintenance of the work environment.
- Address customer complaints and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Support the training, onboarding, and development of new and existing employees.
- Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions for improved efficiency.
- Monitor the use of equipment, materials, supplies, and other organizational resources.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and on-the-job support to team members.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, conduct, and overall performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly operational reports for management.
- Assign duties, monitor task completion, and ensure employees adhere to established work schedules.
- Ensure that products and services meet the organization's quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of staff to ensure smooth business operations.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, discipline, and a positive work environment.
- Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or general operations is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Minimum of an OND or HND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Management, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and report preparation.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays where operationally required.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
