Job Title: Supervisor
Location: 27 Rehoboth Street, Majesty Estate NTA/Mgbouba Road, Port Harcourt - Rivers

Summary
We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure that staff carry out their duties efficiently and to the required standard.
Key Accountabilities
- Supervise housekeepers and ensure rooms/facilities are clean and properly maintained.
- Maintain good communication between staff and management.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and overall performance.
- Inspect completed work and ensure company standards are maintained.
- Resolve minor staff or operational issues and escalate major concerns to management.
- Ensure proper use and handling of company supplies and equipment.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
- Assist with staff scheduling and coordination.
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of staff.
- Report operational issues, staff concerns, and maintenance needs to management.
- Ensure assigned duties are completed properly and on schedule.
Requirements
Must be a graduate from a recognized institution.
Must be organized, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Must be trustworthy, proactive, and attentive to details.
Ability to monitor staff and ensure tasks are completed properly.
Experience working in a hotel, shortlet apartment, hospitality, or similar environment is an added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience supervising housekeepers/cleaning staff is an added advantage.
Salary: N100,000 Monthly.
