The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate staff, monitor their performance, inspect completed tasks, and communicate operational issues to management when necessary.
We are currently seeking a competent and dependable Supervisor to oversee staff activities and ensure that daily operations run smoothly.
Key Duties
Assist in preparing and managing staff schedules.
Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure they meet the required cleanliness and service standards.
Carry out other supervisory responsibilities assigned by management.
Ensure housekeepers carry out their assigned duties properly and on time.
Keep management informed about staff performance, operational challenges, and maintenance issues.
Address routine staff issues and report serious concerns to management.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and conduct.
Follow up on incomplete or poorly executed tasks.
Coordinate and supervise staff during daily operations.
Ensure workplace rules and operational procedures are followed.
Maintain clear communication between management and staff.
Monitor the proper use of cleaning materials, equipment, and other company supplies.
Candidate Requirements
Ability to give clear instructions and follow up on assigned tasks.
