We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Support Services Analyst III
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Main Function
Configures and installs computer hardware and software.
This position would typically include a professional Technical Analyst. Expert in the field, possibly professional certification holder.
Performs a variety of professional, technical and analytical duties in the operation of enterprise, client/server and desktop computer systems and networks. Analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems and deficiencies.
Manages inventory control of IT equipment and supplies.
Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
Upgrades hardware and software components. Maintains IT hardware asset and software tracking.
Monitors and collects data on system performance.
Skills and Qualifications
Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Any candidates who apply without this experience will have their CVs rejected immediately.
The role oversees IT service contractors providing support for IT infrastructure and telecoms services (onshore and offshore).
Extensive working knowledge of PCs, network hardware, operating systems, software and network communication protocols. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
