We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Officer

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition/Management Officer to manage end-to-end recruitment and support talent management initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent,Years of HR practice in a manufacturing, processing, agro-allied or comparable operational business, as distinct from consultancy, agency or office-only environments
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding, probation, and employee confirmation processes.
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection.
- Maintain recruitment records and HR reports.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour regulations.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to meet workforce requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong recruitment, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in the agro-manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
