Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our recruitment team. The successful candidate will support the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening CVs, contacting applicants, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start or build a career in Recruitment, Human Resources, or Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Review and screen CVs against job requirements.
- Contact candidates to discuss available opportunities and confirm their interest.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and basic interviews.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.

Requirements
