Job Summary
We are seeking a competent and safety-conscious Tank Farm Operator to oversee daily operations at our aviation fuel storage facility.
The ideal candidate will ensure safe receiving, storage, handling, and dispatch of aviation fuel in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE, NMDPRA, and NCAA regulations
- Prepare fuel for delivery to clients and into aircraft bowser/trucks
- Respond to emergencies and participate in safety drills
- Operate pumps, valves, meters, and loading equipment
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement, deliveries, and losses
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of tank farm equipment
- Monitor tank levels, temperatures, and fuel quality daily
- Receive, store, and dispatch aviation fuel products safely
- Ensure housekeeping and tidiness of the tank farm area
Requirements
& Qualifications
Experience
Maximum of 1-2 years post NYSC.
Knowledge of tank farm, depot, or oil & gas facility will be an advantage.
Education
OND / HND / B.Sc in Engineering, Sciences, or related field
Candidate must reside in Lagos.
