JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Technical Maintenance Officer to maintain, troubleshoot, and ensure the efficient operation of solar and renewable energy systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on solar systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve solar, electrical, inverter, and battery faults.
- Inspect, repair, and maintain solar PV systems, inverters, and batteries.
- Support the installation, testing, commissioning, and servicing of solar systems.
- Monitor equipment performance and respond to breakdowns promptly.
- Maintain proper maintenance records and reports.
Requirements
HND/bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, Mechatronics, or a related field.
4-5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in solar, renewable energy, electrical, or power sectors.
Good knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and electrical installations.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Willingness to work on-site and travel when required.
